1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ABCD Resume ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

ABCD Resume offers credit passes and recurring subscription plans (Weekly Pass, Monthly Pro, and 3-Month Pass):

  • Billing Cycle: Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click through your account settings or Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your paid billing period.
  • Refunds: Payments are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.

3. AI Credits & Usage Limits

Credits grant access to AI resume rewrites, content generation, and PDF template downloads. Unlimited plans (Monthly Pro & 3-Month Pass) are subject to fair use policies to prevent automated abuse or unauthorized scraping.

4. User Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% full ownership of all resume content, text inputs, personal data, and generated PDF files created using ABCD Resume. We claim no ownership over your career documents.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including submitting fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal content, attempting to bypass system limits, or reverse-engineering platform features.

6. Limitation of Liability

ABCD Resume is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our templates are ATS-optimized, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, job offers, or interview invitations.
